Service Description

Start from absolute beginner (Pole Fitness 1) or let me evaluate you and work to help you grow from your current fitness level and pole knowledge. Includes a complete warmup and cool down and core fundamental stretching needed to avoid injury and increase flexibility. If you have pole fitness goals, I want to know about them so we can work together to achieve them! All virtual classes include an edited video of the key points of your class so you can re review what you learned in class as well as an email containing any conditioning exercises you’ve been given to help you reach your goals. The completion of a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) and Release Forms are REQUIRED for any and all dance fitness classes. When you book your first class with me, I will email these out to you so it is important you have an email when booking your desired class. Please be prepared to fill these out with your signature and email them back to me BEFORE your first scheduled class.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens! Please try to allow 24 hours when cancelling so another student has the oppertunity to take your booked time slot.
