Service Description

Start from absolute beginner (Pole Fitness 1) or let me evaluate you and work to help you grow from your current fitness level and pole knowledge. Includes a complete warmup and cool down and core fundamental stretching needed to avoid injury and increase flexibility. If you have pole fitness goals, I want to know about them so we can work together to achieve them. I am trained in proper body alignment and spotting techniques so you can build confidence and strength SAFELY. The completion of a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) and Release Forms are REQUIRED for any and all dance fitness classes. When you book your first class with me, I will email these out to you so it is important you have an email when booking your desired class. Please be prepared to fill these out with your signature and email them back to me BEFORE your first scheduled class.

We understand that life happens! Please try to allow 24 hours when cancelling so another student has the oppertunity to take your booked time slot.
