Welcome to the world of Twerk Fitness! This class has been specially designed for those who have previously taken the beginner twerk classes and are ready to step up their game. The warm ups and cool downs are designed to help awaken muscles most frequently used and prepare your body for the technique portion of each class. these classes are an absolute blast and always have everyone smiling and laughing while burning calories, tightening and toning legs, abs, calf and gluteal muscles. This class is a full 45 minutes with an 10 minute warm up, 30 minutes of twerk technique instruction and a 5 minute cool down. Techniques you will learn during your Intermediate twerk fitness classes include variations for bounces, pops, drops, shimmies, shakes and booty isolations in various twerk positions. I work to help you learn at YOUR own pace and every class is custom tailored to each individuals fitness and technique goals. ALL BOOTY SIZES WELCOME! Any body can learn to twerk and you will have fun getting in shape while you do it. These classes are NOT recommended for anyone who may have had a spinal fusion or has sustained a spinal injury. Please consult your physician before attempting these classes if you fall into this category. The completion of a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) and Release Forms are REQUIRED for any and all dance fitness classes. When you book your first class with me, I will email these out to you so it is important you have an email when booking your desired class. Please be prepared to fill these out with your signature and email them back to me BEFORE your first scheduled class.
